What we store

Your email address, display name, a hashed password, your tables and everything posted in them, your homebrew, lobby messages, and how much AI each of your tables uses.

AI processing

To run the game, table content (posts, character sheets, campaign notes) is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic for the game master, OpenAI for pictures). They process it to generate responses under their API terms.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Cookies

We use one sign-in cookie. There are no advertising trackers.

Moderation

When someone reports a player or message, we keep a copy of the reported content and the report for moderation, even if the original is deleted.

Your choices

You can change your name and password, and delete your account at any time, from your Account page. Deleting removes your account, characters, the tables you own, your listings, messages and homebrew. We keep payment records required by tax law, and moderation records about serious violations, for as long as the law requires. To export your data, ask us at support@example.com.
